Deborah expertly handled the finances for a $16M construction project, then
moved into an acting administrator role to care for residents in the new
facility.
● Shopping Centre Redevelopment Project
Deborah managed the shopping centre through a transition to a new use
facility, tripling owners profit during resale in 3 short years.
● CMA Ontario to CPA Ontario
After 12 years of helping CMA Ontario grow to its most successful
membership ever, Deborah transitioned to a senior business development
role during the three-way merger of CA, CGA, CMA to become CPA Ontario.

Deborah holds her Masters of Business Administration and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. All degrees and designations she earned while raising her family in her 30’s and 40’s. Her first lessons in business started as a young entrepreneur without formal education.

Some of Deborah’s proudest career moments came early while working as a young entrepreneur. ‘There is something about paying people wages out of your own pocket and helping them to establish a better life.’ says Deborah. Yes indeed, Deborah cares about helping people succeed as individuals and she loves helping small businesses grow.
